Between us, we've spent more than 20 years inside and alongside the UK charity sector. We've seen what happens when organisations get their brand, their story and their strategy right. And we've seen what it costs when they don't.
Rebecca brings over a decade of non-profit management, fundraising strategy and consulting. Cynthia brings over a decade of brand strategy, web design and creative direction.
We worked with many charity leaders who were brilliant at their mission, but completely overwhelmed by everything else. The late nights writing grant applications, the many messy spreadsheets, the feeling that everyone else had figured out something you hadn't. So we built The Small Charity Club for the leaders doing extraordinary work with not enough time, not enough money and not enough people in their corner.
Kate founded Dementia Disco to bring joyful, multigenerational discos to people living with dementia. When Kate came to us, Dementia Disco was a brilliant, joyful idea trapped inside a brand that didn't do it justice. The website was clunky. The visual identity did not reflect the charity’s rebellious nature. And the funding wasn't following the impact.
We rebuilt everything: brand, website, messaging, fundraising strategy, a brand new volunteer management system and more. We gave Dementia Disco the look, voice and systems that its work had always deserved. Within a year, the results were extraordinary. Within two, they were national.
